By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

append is provided as a free service. We do not charge any fees for using the core functionalities of the App. There are no in-app purchases required to use the App.

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the service. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements.

The App is designed to help users create and manage notes and reminders. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:

- In any way that violates any applicable laws
- To transmit any harmful code or engage in activities that could damage or disable the App
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of awaik and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of awaik.

When you create content with the App, you retain ownership of your content. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to provide the App services to you.

In no event shall awaik, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. awaik expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
